$195.00 Flat fee includes the following:
45 days of Exposure on Archibald’s display lot
Advertising on Archibald’s website
Advertising on Autotrader.com
Advertising on Cars.com
Routine vehicle cleaning while on display
$95.00 each additional 30 days of exposure
Vehicle Qualification
Vehicle must fit within the scope of Archibald’s target buyer
Vehicle must be up to date on service according to the manufacturers recommendation and be equipped with all original equipment and accessories.
Vehicle must be in excellent condition and free of any damage
Any reconditioning required to bring the vehicle up to sale condition will be billed up front and non refundable in the event the car does not sell.
Archibald’s may or may not choose to sell your automobile.
Vehicle valuation
A value will be agreed upon before vehicle is placed for sale. Archibald’s will price vehicle according to market demand and has sole discretion over pricing and discounting of vehicle.
Vehicle owner will receive no less than agreed upon amount minus any fees due.
Insurance
Vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the owner. Archibalds Inc. will take no responsibility for theft, damage, vandalism, or any other mechanical problems that arise while the vehicle is on consignment. You as the owner are responsible for verifying coverage with your insurance company and must provide proof of coverage at time of consignment. It will not be the responsibility of Archibalds Inc. to verify your coverage.
In the event there is a loan balance on the consigned vehicle, you will need to provide any difference between agreed upon price and loan balance up front before consignment of vehicle.
